SOK HY is a professional attorney-at-law who mostly practices in Commercial and Investment areas since 2003.
SOK is also a founder of
Commerce and Investment Law Group (CILG).
With his long terms of legal experiences, SOK HY has involved in many investment
and authenticated transactions to be provided to many customers who needs legal services, especially investment, business and
banking transactions to enhance and protect the parties’ legal interests equally. As a legal specialist, he has provided legal
advice to individual and numerous corporate clients on Loan Facilities, Properties, Corporate and Personal matters.
In addition, SOK’s real estate performance includes the acquisition, sale and development
of real estate projects. SOK also devotes his time to providing his experienced practice and legal advice to a non-profit organization,
as well as paying his social contribution to many charity organizations in Cambodia.
Mr. SOK holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1999 and a Masters’ degree in Law & Political
Science in 2006 and obtains various professional certificates related to Commercial Laws, Civil Laws and other Training Skills in Singapore and Australia.
