Mr. SOTH RAKSMEY has been an official of the Cabinet of the President of the Senate since 1999. He was promoted to be a Chief of Administration Department in the Cabinet of the Senate in 2000. Currently, Mr. SOTH is a Director General of Administration Department in the Cabinet of the Senate and is an Advisor to Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei SAY CHHUM, President of the Senate. With more than two decades of service in the Senate’s Cabinet, Mr. SOTH has acquired not only an extensive experience in administration and public affairs, but also built-up a strong network with numerous high-ranking officials both in the legislative and executive branches, as well as in courts. In addition, Mr. SOTH also supports the team of his Cabinet to help settle issues surrounding social inequality that have been referred to the Cabinet of the Senate. His daily administration and public affairs experience is a plus for supporting our notary service. Mr. SOTH holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law and Political Science from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 1999 and in 2003 and a Certificate of Attendance for High-Ranking Officials from the Royal School of Administration of Cambodia in 2002.
